Kimberly Esparza, with over 15 years in real estate management, significantly contributed to the success of Downtown Summerlin  a 106-acre mixed-use development in Las Vegas. As the Assistant General Manager for The Howard Hughes Corporation, she contributed to its award-winning status. She and her husband Emilio founded Fastlane Coatings in 2018, achieving 7-figure sales and winning "Best of Las Vegas" three times. Holding a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Kimberly is also the Chief Visionary Officer for Spartan Media Group. A devoted mother and entrepreneur, she balances family, her passion for business, and yoga, teaching others to scale their businesses with killer marketing.
